This course is required  for employees who are involved with handling, storage and/or clean-up of oils, hazardous materials or petroleum products at facilities that are covered by an Environmental Hazards Emergency Response Plan. This typically includes utility, maintenance, and housing and food service employees.  The format is site-specific instructor-led training. This is an annual training requirement.
