Note: The Roundtable is open to regulators on Monday Sept 21. No regulators on Tuesday Sept 22 or Wed Sept 23.

This annual roundtable brings together 50 – 70 radiation safety professionals from the academic, medical, corporate, and (occasionally) regulatory sectors for an informal but in-depth discussion on current issues and creative solutions to shared problems. The American Academy of Health Physics typically assigns about 20 continuing education credits to attendees of the workshop. Penn State will submit the required information to the Academy after the meeting. The program will begin in the morning of Monday, September 21 and conclude after lunch on Wednesday, September 23. Attendees meet all day Monday and Tuesday as well as Wednesday morning. The morning and afternoon snacks as well as three days of excellent buffet lunch are provided by The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel and are included in the registration fee. In order to keep the topics timely, the tentative agenda will be established in late July or August. The local entertainment committee will send more information to attendees concerning the updated proceedings a week or two before the meeting.
