Workplace Safety and Health helps the Penn State community work, teach, learn, and conduct research safely and confidently. Through guidance, training, and collaboration with colleges and units, the programs proactively identifies and reduces occupational hazards across offices, classrooms, laboratories, shops, and field operations. Grounded in University policy and shared responsibility, Workplace Safety and Health emphasizes prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement—because the well‑being of our community comes first.
